How it works
Four steps from booking to driving.
Step 01: Pick your dates
Choose your pickup and return dates online. The minimum rental is 2 days at $65/day. No account required to browse availability.
Step 02: Complete verification
Upload your driver's license, provide proof of insurance (or purchase coverage through us), and enter your credit card for the $500 refundable security deposit.
Step 03: Sign and pay
Review and digitally sign the rental agreement. Pay securely with your credit card through Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email with next steps.
Step 04: Pick up and drive
Head to our Presidio location in San Francisco (exact address sent after payment). Unlock the car with the Tesla app on your phone. No keys, no counter, no waiting.
Returning the car
Drive back to the same Presidio pickup location. Park the car, lock it through the Tesla app, and you are done. Your $500 security deposit is returned within 30 days after a clean vehicle inspection.
What you need
- Valid driver's license (you must be 21 or older)
- Proof of auto insurance covering rental vehicles, or purchase coverage from us
- Credit card for booking and security deposit
- Tesla app installed on your phone (free, iOS and Android)
